Dear Students and Parents,

Below is the link to our 2006-2007 Registration Packet for you to:
 
1. download to your computer,
2. print out its 13 forms,
3. fill out the printed forms completely,
4. have parent or guardian sign all forms, and
5. postal mail to SSHS at this address:
